It is Thursday evening now, about 7:50pm.  I must have wore my dad out, he has been fast asleep for more than an hour now. This being the case perhaps I can make a few pages on today's activities.

Here are 2 intelligent looking fellows wouldn't U say. Looks like we are both trying our luck at catching flies. I took my dad to Denny's for breakfast this morning. At breakfast we ran into our first fellow Pearl Harbor Survivor. I was happy to see my dad getting the spirit by walking over to the men I pointed out n introducing him self as a fellow survivor.

After we finished breakfast we went of a stroll on the beach, the same beach I once walked with him as a little kid in the late 50s.

We made it to Pearl Harbor around 8am. Since his is retired n still maintains base privileges we were able to access the majority of the base n took a self guided tour.

About 10am we found our self at the BowFin Sub museum n took the tour. What an interesting machine a sub is and how special a group of Navy men submariners must be.
