Well, the above foto was taken about 9:30 pm the same night, April
17th, 2oo1 after removing all the cribbing, cleaning up n moving back in
the two horizontal refrigerators.
There it is, the Pizza Oven on the legs in the background with the
new pizza prep refer in the right fore ground, can't believe n no one was
hurt.
As I think I mentioned on an earlier Pizza Project page, the mustard
yellow section of the wall in the right of the foto is the section of wall
I designed 2 B easily removable. If we did not have this option, we would
have to had to both lifted out n back in both horizontal refrigerators
n than even with the refers out, still had vary limited working space to
jack up the oven.
