Here I am practicing making a pizza.
Nice n round wouldn't you agree.
Getting worse on this one.
Even worse. I forgot to coat the pizza paddle AKA peel with flower
n it would not slide off the paddle. Pushing a fresh pizza off the paddle
is similar to pushing a rope but only lots more difficult.
Nope, not round here either.
This foto was taken the next day. All burnt crumbs in the dust pan
was the mess I made in the pizza oven the night before.
